About Me

Victor has spent many years motivating and inspiring audiences to reach their full potential. As a result, Victor founded the V.J. Coleman Jr. Flight School in 2010 and continues to encourage others to take flight toward their own spiritual, physical and mental destinations of success. His commitment to community activism led to the formation of the VJColeman Foundation, founding several community projects such as, Hydrate the Homeless and the One CommUnity Clean, a city-wide clean up initiative; all which have received notoriety from the mayor and other community leaders. Victor currently works as a Regional Supervisor for Toledo Edison and as a life coach mentoring many youth and young adults throughout the Toledo region.

Drawing from his own personal experiences as they relate to his scholastic struggles, low self-esteem, depression, the lack of relationship with his biological father, drug and gang activities, as well as, a variety of other obstacles, Victor has allowed his life to be an “open book.” Harnessing his pain, Victor has utilized it to take flight toward greatness. He wholeheartedly hopes, that through his story, others will find the tenacity to succeed beyond their circumstances.

At the age of 28, Victor returned to school in pursuit of his dream to work within the music industry. In 2013, Victor completed and received his Masters degree in Entertainment Business, and in November 2015, Victor successfully passed the comprehensive examination, officially making him a doctoral candidate, and he is currently working on his dissertation, in anticipation of obtaining his PhD in Business Management Leadership in the near future.

When he's not standing before the audiences of corporate executives, sporting teams, and youth organizations, Victor spends much of his time as a dedicated father of three. Victor continues to impact the lives of his family and friends daily while aspiring to share his message with the world. His life experiences and expertise in leadership and mentoring enable him to reach and empower a wide population throughout the nation.
